RehabLosAngeles.org is a free resource for consumers. We generate revenue through Featured Listings — a paid placement program that allows treatment facilities to receive enhanced visibility in our directory. Featured Listings are clearly labeled with a "Featured" badge so users can distinguish them from standard (unpaid) listings.
Featured Listing status does not affect a facility's quality score, editorial content, or the factual information displayed in its profile. Facilities cannot pay to improve their score, suppress negative information, or receive favorable editorial coverage. Our editorial team operates independently from our business team.
What Featured Listings Include
Featured Listings receive enhanced visibility through priority placement in search results within our directory, a "Featured" badge on their profile, and the ability to include additional photos and program details. All factual information in Featured Listings is verified to the same standards as standard listings.
Facilities that purchase Featured Listings must meet our minimum quality standards, including active state licensing, no outstanding compliance violations, and acceptance of at least one major insurance plan or offering sliding-scale pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or remove Featured Listings from facilities that do not meet our standards.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial content — including articles, guides, legal information pages, and facility scores — is produced independently of our advertising relationships. Advertisers have no input into our editorial content, scoring methodology, or the information displayed in facility profiles.
We do not publish sponsored articles, paid reviews, or advertorial content disguised as editorial. If we ever publish content in partnership with a third party, it will be clearly labeled as sponsored content. Our readers' trust is our most valuable asset, and we protect it by maintaining a strict separation between editorial and commercial functions.
